Blind River, OntarioThe Blind River Community Centre partial roof replacement project consisted of the removal of the existing 22-gauge metal roof from the northern half of the arena and installation of new Steelway 24-gauge RTL standing seam roofing. Our scope of work also included the removal of existing vertical siding from ballroom entrance and installation of 24-gauge horizontal siding and the removal of both layers of existing siding from the east side of the building and the south side of the lower building and installing new 26-gauge vertical metal siding.
The building was occupied during renovations and all work was scheduled to cause minimum interference with the everyday operations of the town and special events.
