The Hydro Tech Building consisted of an Exsteel clear span 30’-0” x 50’-0”x 16’-0” building.

The roofing consisted of 26ga galvalume Storm seal roof over 6” of WMP 50 insulation and the walls were 26ga black pre-painted Storm seal siding over 6” of WMP 50 insulation. One wall contained a double layer of Rockwool Safe 55 to comply with required fire rating. A 29 ga White diamond seal liner panel was installed to from top of curb wall to 8’0” above the finished floor.

Concrete foundations were a structural floor slab with a thickened perimeter and foundation insulation.
