The MPAC Office Renovations project involved tenant improvement renovations for MPAC’s new Sault Ste. Marie workplace.

The project included upgrading an existing universal washroom along with the construction of an additional washroom, new boardroom, interview room and open office spaces.

Offices had new wood doors in aluminum frames, and flooring was changed from vinyl plank floor to carpet tiles
